HOW SHOULD I handle MY TEES?
--For the first wash, clothes are strongly advised to be soaked in cold water for 5-10 minutes before rinsing and drying off.
--Do not bleach.
--Do not iron on print.

What mode of payment do you accept?
--We accept payments online by credit card from Visa and MasterCard.
--Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
--Shipping are provided free for only deliveries within Singapore.
--Shipping fee of $3 would be charged for International shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?
--If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us and would like to cancel your orders, we will cancel the orders for you, based on the following conditions :

Orders must be cancelled within 2-3 days from the day your orders are placed by contacting us;

Provide your name and email address;
-
Provide date that order was placed; and
-
Provide sales order reference number.
--Orders are confirmed and payment would be extracted from your bank within 2 days from order and shipping of goods would occur around the next 3-5 days when payment is made.
--Failfure to cancel within 2-3 days and if the products are shipped, refund of products could be requested.

how can i track my orders?
1. Within Singapore:
--When your order is despatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account .
2. Delieveries outisde of Singapore:
--When your order is despatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email. If we have sent your order via courier, this email will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
--Please note that some deliveries outside of SG will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable. If your parcel has been sent via an international postal service, we'll let you know this in the despatch confirmation email we send you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE to deliver to my doorstep?
1. Within Singapore:
We are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame; however in most cases please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery within Singapore metropolitan regions. There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods.
--Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, Singapore Post will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order. If your order is not collected within five working days, it will be returned to TP Store. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
--While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
2. INTERNATIONAL:
--Please allow 7 to 21 working days for international orders. Please note for international orders, this includes the time involved in the item clearing customs. If you are in a regional location, the transit time for your parcel may be increased significantly.
--Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, FedEx or a third party carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three attempts (total) are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to TP Store. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
--While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
--Please note international orders can not be delivered to Post Office boxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & exchange POLICY?
--If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products (other than gift cards or seconds) in the country in which they were purchased, subject to the following conditions :

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;

You must provide your name and address; and
-
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
--If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
Note:
--Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
--If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
--Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
--All TP Store purchases made at tpmerchandise.wix.com/tpm-pb03-g2 can be exchanged or refunded either by return post or in TP Stores within the same country of purchase i.e.Singapore residents who purchase online in Singapore currency may return purchased items to Singapore stores only.
